Part Time HR Manager - Sheffield
Elevation Recruitment Group is excited to be partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Sheffield. They are looking to appoint a part-time HR Manager for their site. This is a newly created, standalone role supporting a headcount of approximately 80 employees and growing.
The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment. As the company continues to expand, the HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain employee records, including offer letters and contracts of employment.
2. Support managers with absence management and return to work interviews.
3. Set up and update Sage HR with correct employee data.
4. Update company handbooks and ensure company policies are followed and revised as necessary.
5. Create and present reports on HR metrics.
6. Be the focal point for employee queries about HR-related matters.
7. Assist in weekly processing of payroll when required for cover.
8. Process employee expenses and credit card receipts.
9. Champion the implementation of a new clocking-in system.
10. Liaise with external HR consultants and managers regarding employee matters.
11. Support company strategy and change to develop employee engagement and growth.

There may be flexibility to work 25-30 hours over 3-4 days. The ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced HR professional comfortable in a standalone role and keen to drive the company’s mission and values. Salary indicated is the full-time equivalent.
