ARM has an exciting opportunity for an HR Officer on a 3-month contract. You will be required to provide a professional HR service to managers, employees, schools, and support senior HR staff.
The Role:
1. Analyse workforce information, provide advice on workforce financial matters, and respond to requests for management information to ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data supports management decisions.
2. Support employee relations matters and service Joint Consultative and Negotiating Panels.
3. Deliver comprehensive HR support to Schools and Services on all HR matters, including recruitment and selection, attendance management, redeployment, TUPE, and dignity at work.
4. Represent the HR Service on interdisciplinary working groups to ensure the integration of services and effective HR interface.
Requirements:
1. Keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
2. Must be a member of CIPD.
3. Previous experience in HR legislation, regulations, and rules.
4. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
5. Good communication and conflict management skills, teamwork, and networking abilities in a transnational environment.
