Overview
The Property Asset Management service at Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a committed and proactive Site Manager to support one of our Children’s Residential Homes. You will join the Council’s Property Safety and Facilities Management Team, playing a key role in ensuring that our buildings are safe, compliant, and well maintained. Working closely with colleagues from our Children’s Residential Services, you will support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the home and help create a safe, welcoming environment for the young people who live there.
Responsibilities
* Manage site operations at one of Nottinghamshire County Council’s Children’s Residential Homes.
* Ensure buildings are safe, compliant, and well maintained in line with council standards.
* Work with colleagues from Children’s Residential Services to support day‑to‑day running of the home and create a safe environment for young people.
* Hours of work: exact working hours to be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

* Experience in site management duties.
* Flexible in approach and motivated to maintain high standards.
