Position: Director - Commercial Valuation
Salary: Up to £93,000 plus bonus and benefits

We are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join our market-leading Commercial Valuation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing valuation projects, leading client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our valuation services.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing and executing commercial property valuations
2. Leading a team of surveyors and valuation staff
3. Building and maintaining client relationships
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
* Chartered Surveyor status (MRICS or equivalent)
* Significant experience in commercial property valuation
* Strong leadership and communication skills
