Rate: £280 per day
We Are Footprint Advertising are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide 2 weeks cover on a trusted client’s site in Folkestone. The project is a small build and refurbishment job.
Role & Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of site operations
*
Ensuring health & safety standards are met
*
Coordinating trades and subcontractors
*
Maintaining site records and progress reporting
*
Delivering works on time and to a high standard
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on small build and refurb projects
*
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to hit the ground running
