Hours Per Week: Mon-Fri, 40 hours
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The Labourer will be responsbile for:
1. Performing a variety of general labouring tasks as required.
2. Completing planned and reactive works within agreed timeframes and to a high standard, ensuring full compliance with current regulations and client specifications.
3. Working as part of a project team or reactive maintenance team, undertaking minor maintenance tasks under the direction of a site supervisor or Helpdesk, and working independently when required.
4. Ensuring all tasks are completed within set deadlines to achieve practical completion as scheduled.
5. Carrying out a range of maintenance and repair activities, including the installation of building fabric fixtures and fittings.
6. Managing and replenishing stock for the local site.
7. Transporting materials between sites and local suppliers.
8. Supporting site waste management activities.
9. Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, following best working practices at all times.
10. Conducting patching and painting work as required.
11. Supporting general site welfare duties.
12. Working comfortably and safely at height.

About You
Desirable Criteria
16. Current full UK drivers licence
17. Having previously engaged with Employment & Skills
18. Knowledge of the Trade/Building industry
19. Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card
20. Ipaf
21. First Aid & Manual Handling
22. Asbestos Awareness
