Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm / Fridays 8am – 2pm Nest Pension enrollment 25 days annual leave On – site parking The roles and responsibilities of a Quality Manager: Oversee and maintain the full Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Drive and embed a strong Quality culture across the organization through leadership, communication, and training initiatives. Manage and develop the Quality Engineering (QE) team, including performance reviews, mentoring, and resource planning. Monitor, analyse, and report on Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Ensure effective root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. Support audits and inspections, both internal and external, and ensure timely closure of findings. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to ensure quality standards are upheld. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions. Stay up to date with relevant industry standards, certifications, and best practices. Requirements of the Quality Manager: Must have 3-5 Year experience in Quality Management in an Automotive Environment Good understanding of Quality Management Systems Proven experience embedding a strong quality culture Knowledge of the ISO 9001 quality policies and system requirements. Knowledge of IATF (essential) & VDA 6.3 audit Policies & Procedure Requirements Knowledge of health & safety and environmental procedures Initiative and problem-solving abilities (Quality Core Tools) Good communication and time management skills Conversant with Microsoft systems such as outlook, word & excel etc What happens after you apply for this role?
