We are delighted to be retained by a leading Wealth Manager to find them a Group Reward Manager to join their London HQ. This exciting newly created role will be responsible for establishing a ground up total reward function for 13 jurisdictions across EMEA, ensuring the policies, processes and structures align with both personal and fund performance. Having been established for over 20 years, this steadily expanding business is attracting key staff globally and building out it’s footprint to capitalise on their successes. Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will serve as a crucial SME on compensation matters and partner with key business areas on all reward, benefits & performance management issues. Duties will include managing the annual pay review cycle for key business areas, including planning and governance of the end-to-end process (data cleansing; validation and reconciliation; data analysis; drafting communication material and preparing total reward statements). Manage job evaluation and salary benchmarking processes, ensure they remain competitive in the market whilst ensuring sensible cost control, working closely with Recruitment and local HR teams. Deliver reward analytics solutions, and ensure robust operational processes are established and delivered. The firm is hoping to meet candidates with previous reward experience working in financial services, or reward consulting within financial services together with advanced excel, strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
