Quality Manager We are working with our high volume manufacturing business client based on the outskirts of Norwich. They have a new opportunity for a Quality Manager to join their team, the successful candidate will have significant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment with experience of working in Quality Assurance and Quality Control at management level as well as knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing Role Summary: * To ensure products and services meet the requirements of the certified Quality Management System (QMS)and Product approvals are maintained * Maintain certification of the QMS and applicable product accreditations * To assist in the development and deployment of the Quality Strategy for the group * Contribute to the creation and implementation of group best practice quality vision, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance * Have responsibility for the Implementation and effectiveness of the Group Quality Management System with support from the Senior Management Team * Manage and lead the Sites Quality & C.I Teams on Projects.
