The Role As HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s HR function, ensuring processes run efficiently and in line with safeguarding and employment regulations. You will work closely with senior leadership and administrative teams to maintain accurate records and support staff throughout their employment lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include: • Supporting recruitment processes, including safer recruitment procedures • Maintaining accurate staff records, contracts, and HR documentation • Assisting with the management of the Single Central Record (SCR) to ensure safeguarding compliance • Supporting staff absence monitoring and general HR administration • Liaising with payroll and ensuring HR systems are kept up to date • Providing administrative support for HR policies, procedures, and staff queries The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience supporting HR processes within a professional environment.
