The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established franchise main dealer group, with a premium brand site based in Plymouth. Our client is looking to welcome an experienced Sales Executive to their successful and growing team. Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
Engage with customers to understand their individual vehicle requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and detailed product demonstrations.
Negotiate and close deals effectively, maximising profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle stock, pricing structures, and finance products.
The Package:
Hours: 08:00 – 18:30, Monday to Friday.
Alternate full weekends off - When a weekend is worked, Saturday is given back in lieu.
£21,000 basic salary.
OTE £60,000 UNCAPPED.
Company car.
