Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Lotus Sales Executive located in Hatfield. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining a customer network, managing sales of new and used luxury cars, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, providing detailed product information, arranging test drives, and handling follow-up communication. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining the showroom, and staying updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience in the automotive or luxury goods industry
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Knowledge of luxury car brands and products
* Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
* Self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude
* Valid driver's license
* Background in luxury automotive or similar high-end retail sales is a plus
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
