I am currently working with a Solar Developer as they look for a Constructions Site Manager with experience on the full development of a Solar Farm from the owner side. Looking for someone with experience on 30MW+ sites, this will be over triple.

We are looking for a Constructions Site Manager with experience on the full development of a Solar Farm from the owner side. Looking for the person to have at least worked at circa 30MW as this will be triple that size.
Our client, a prominent company in the renewables sector, is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a specialization in solar projects to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the daily operations on the construction site to ensure efficient project progress
* Managing on-site construction activities and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
* Coordinating site logistics, material management, and staff deployment
* Maintaining site safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations
* Liaising with project stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and client representatives
* Monitoring project timelines and budgets, and reporting progress to senior management
* Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality control and addressing any issues that arise
* Documenting project milestones, site activities, and any incidents
Job Requirements:
* Experience in managing construction sites within the solar sector
* In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems and related construction processes
* Proficiency in site management tools and techniques
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field
