Daily tasks will include all aspects of catering operations including production, ingredient and supply stock management, and running the kitchen in accordance with all health, safety and food handling regulations. This position works closely with the Catering Administrator, who will assist the Catering Manager with customer service and order processing, planning and developing menus to increase sales, strategizing and executing holiday menus, maintaining retail product inventory, and accommodating requests for special diets and nutritional needs.
The most important requirements for success in this role are:
1. Demonstrated culinary skills with a minimum of 2 years experience in the field
2. Strong sense of urgency and organization
3. Capacity to effectively manage the catering team
4. Comfort using various platforms for receiving orders, organizing deliveries, and Google Suite for company-wide communication
5. Exemplary customer service
6. Great problem solving skills and ability to think on their feet
7. Excellent communication skills
8. ServSafe and allergy certification is a plus

COMPENSATION: This position is salaried, varies DOE, $55,000-65,000
