Leuchie is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our dedicated catering team. You will play a key role in providing high-quality, nutritious, and well-balanced meals for our guests, many of whom have long-term conditions. Working under the direction of the Catering Manager, you will help deliver a first-class dining experience that supports health, wellbeing, and enjoyment.
Key responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook meals in accordance with planned menus and dietary requirements
* Ensure high standards of food presentation, safety, and hygiene
* Support the Catering Manager in menu planning and stock control
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
* Work collaboratively as part of a small, friendly team

Essential qualifications and experience:
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum)
* Previous experience working in a catering or kitchen environment
* Awareness of dietary requirements and allergy management
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to providing excellent service and high-quality meals
