About CybaVerse CybaVerse operates the security platform mid-market teams and MSPs have been dreaming of, automation, immediate actions, operator-level visibility, and a unified MDR experience. We’re scaling fast and looking for a hungry sales operator who knows how to create momentum, run a 360 sales motion, and drive serious MRR growth. The Role As a Cyber SaaS Sales Executive, you’ll run the full end-to-end sales cycle, prospecting, qualifying, demoing, scoping, negotiating, and closing recurring platform subscriptions. You’ll uncover customer pain, position the platform, and spot opportunities for expansion and up-sell early in the journey. Your focus: winning new business, growing accounts, and being a key driver of CybaVerse’s MRR engine. What You’ll Do Own a 360 sales motion: outbound, inbound follow-up, demos, commercial conversations, and close. Present CybaVerse’s platform with confidence, immediate actions, MDR insights, risk scoring, automation, and operator-level visibility. Build strong relationships with CISOs, IT leaders, and MSP commercial/technical teams. Identify expansion paths during discovery and post-demo, modules, user growth, add-ons, and long-term platform adoption. Maintain a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot with accurate forecasting and high sales velocity. Collaborate with Customer Success and Technical Success to ensure smooth onboarding and early wins. Stay sharp on the MDR, EDR, SIEM, and cyber SaaS landscape to speak with authority. Consistently hit and aim to beat monthly and quarterly MRR targets. What You Bring 2-5 years in SaaS sales (cyber security preferred but not essential). Experience running the full sales cycle end-to-end, not just closing. Strong demo skills and the ability to translate technical capability into business impact. Hungry, competitive, and proactive, someone who creates their own pipeline, not waits for it. Commercially sharp with a knack for spotting upsell and expansion opportunities. Comfortable with speed, change, and a high-performance environment. A collaborative mindset, a team operator who shares wins and learns fast.
