This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close deals will directly contribute to your success and your earnings. As a Sales Customer Advisor, your day-to-day will include: Proactively engaging with customers in the showroom, identifying sales opportunities and understanding their needs. Presenting vehicles confidently and conduct engaging test drives to showcase features and benefits. Delivering persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations. Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets. Following up leads, manage your pipeline effectively, and maximise every sales opportunity. Ensuring each customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard. What were looking for: A confident, results-focused salesperson. Highly motivated, resilient, and hungry to exceed expectations. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a consultative yet persuasive approach. Smart, professional, and able to represent premium automotive brands with pride. Full UK driving licence (no excessive penalty points).
