Responsibilities
* Delivery of planned and reactive maintenance and some soft services for the site
* Management of the strategic and operational annual plan for the site
* Leading a team of engineers and other related staff including development and performance management
* Day to day budget management including variable works
* Coordination of extra project works for the site
* Ensuring that all regulatory compliance is adhered to including GMP/GXP
* Supply chain procurement and management on a monthly basis
* Building key internal and external relationships
Qualifications
Prestigious life sciences client is looking for an experienced hard services FM professional to lead a large site in the northern home counties.
* You will have a proven track record in delivering engineering services across a large complex site
* IOSH/NEBOSH certification an advantage
* Related engineering qualification an advantage
* Good knowledge of a regulated environment, including GMP/GXP essential
