Technology Resourcer
Overview
As a Technology Resourcer at C-Serv, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier technical talent across various domains. Your strategic approach to sourcing will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative solutions to our clients and maintain our reputation as a leader in technology consulting. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, ensuring that we bring the best candidates into our organization. You will be a self starter with the ability to build and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and understand hiring requirements
* Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
* Executive Search & Headhunting: Proactively identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates through targeted search strategies and direct approaches
* Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for open positions
* Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate tracking of recruitment processes
* Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline for current and future needs
* Monitor industry trends and market intelligence to effectively position C-Serv as an employer of choice
* Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract a diverse range of candidates
* Provide insightful reports and analysis on sourcing effectiveness and recruitment metrics

Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven expertise in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in the dynamic technology sector
* Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse candidates
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for technology and an understanding of the current tech trends and skills in demand
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
This is a remote role, the ideal will need to able to travel for internal meetings held in the north of the UK, no overseas applications will be accepted for this position.
