We are seeking a stand alone HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within a busy organisation. The role is based in Worthing and requires a proactive individual to ensure compliance and support business objectives effectively.

Description
Oversee and manage HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.
Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Develop and implement employee training and development programmes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Support payroll and benefits administration as required.Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
CIPD Level 3/5/7
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
Proven ability to manage recruitment and employee relations.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and software.
Be comfortable being in the office 5 days a weekJob Offer
