Senior IA Developers are responsible for designing, building, testing, releasing and supporting IA forms, rules and bespoke client-side components, together with associated database and integration changes. They ensure IA services are accessible, performant, secure and operable throughout the service lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
* Design and build IA rulebases and form journeys aligned to functional and non-functional requirements.
* Ensuring WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance including ARIA and keyboard behaviour.
* SQL Server schema design, stored procedures and audit data management in support of IA services.
* Development and support of Java SOAP connector integrations.
* Functional, regression, accessibility and non-functional testing.
* Release support including ServiceNow change management and CAB participation where required.
* Live service support including incident triage, defect resolution and business-facing support.
* Contribution to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuousimprovement.
