Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills in English. The Sales Executive will leverage CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales progress effectively.
Duties
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
* To have a deep knowledge of social media platforms and marketing. To develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals, such as increasing brand awareness, generating leads and driving sales.
* To significantly enhance our companies online presence by ensuring high quality, consistent content and effective engagement with the target audience.
* Utilise CRM software to manage customer information and track sales activities.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
* Create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry.
* Strong social media skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
