Site Manager – Residential Groundworks

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a busy residential groundworks package in Thurnscoe.
The successful candidate will have a strong background managing residential groundwork projects including roads, sewers, drainage, plot works and infrastructure packages.
Requirements
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS Card
* Proven experience managing residential groundwork schemes
* Strong health & safety awareness
* Ability to manage subcontractors and programme delivery
Duties
* Day-to-day site management
* Coordinating subcontractors and labour
* Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
* Liaising with clients and senior management
* Site paperwork and reporting
