We’re looking for a driven, results-focused sales professional who excels at building trust quickly, handling objections, and confidently guiding customers to a decision.
Job Summary
We are a high-end dental brand, specialising in everything from same-day smile makeovers to life-changing full-mouth restorations.
This role is focused on following up with patients who have already attended consultations, helping them move forward with their treatment decisions. You will be responsible for re-engaging warm leads, overcoming objections, and converting interest into confirmed bookings and payments.
This is a high-performance closing role, where strong communication, confidence, and persistence on the phone are essential.
This role offers uncapped bonus potential, with a £30,000 base salary, realistic OTE of £60,000+.
Working Hours
* 1 weekday off
Standard hours fall within:
* Monday–Friday: 8:45am–6:00pm
* Saturday: 8:45am–2:00pm
Location
* Primarily based in head office in Leeds
* Potential for hybrid working depending on performance and business needs
Requirements
* Proven track record in a closing-focused sales role
* Exceptional phone sales ability – confident, persuasive, and resilient
* Strong objection-handling and closing skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decisions
* Experience working to targets and KPIs
* Familiarity with CRM systems
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Dental experience is beneficial but not required (full training provided)
