Job Purpose: The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating new business and managing an allocated group of customers. The role involves prospecting, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales via phone and email. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods. Manage allocated accounts to increase bookings for open and dedicated training courses. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email, or other tools. Advise customers on training portfolios and industry certification schemes. Adapt standard processes to meet individual client needs. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and opportunities in CRM software. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues. Nurture customer relationships to drive repeat and expansion business. Build relationships with key decision-makers to increase customer loyalty and market share. Identify training requirements, generate quotes, and process bookings as required. Promote new products and services to existing accounts. Meet or exceed SLA targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives. Person Specification / Essential Skills: Proven experience in B2B telesales or sales roles. Knowledge or experience in construction, training, or education sectors is beneficial but not essential. IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM/database experience desirable. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. High level of literacy, numeracy, attention to detail, and accuracy. Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels.
