Site Manager – Banbury, Oxfordshire – Part New Build & Refurbishment of a Hotel - Starting End of May for a 10 month project - Cut & Carve, timber frame along with New steel frame for 87 bedrooms, SFS (light gauge steel) and brickwork cladding over 5 storeys Our client are a leading contractor with sites in and around Oxford, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a Hotel Project in Banbury Tasks/ Responsibilities: * Ordering of Labour * Chairing & attending weekly meetings * Ordering of Materials * Identify and resolve any issues with the project * To be a point of contact for our client.
