🎯 Role Overview
As our Internal Recruiter / Talent Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy. You'll work closely with studio leadership and HR to identify hiring needs, source exceptional candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience that reflects our brand and values.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job briefs
* Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards, and events
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices
* Maintain and optimize our ATS and recruitment processes
* Represent the studio at industry events, university fairs, and networking functions
* Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to inform hiring decisions
* Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement
👤 What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment, within architecture, design, or creative industries
* Strong understanding of architectural roles (e.g., Part I/II Assistants, Project Architects, BIM Specialists)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders with professionalism and agility
* Familiarity with UK employment law and best hiring practices
* Passion for design and an appreciation for the architectural process
