We are seeking a Project Support Assistant to provide essential support to the HR Team.
This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth design and delivery of equip across the Belfast Trust. You will help co-ordinate activities, progress actions, and ensure staff are supported during this exciting stage of transformation.
Location - Belfast South
Salary - Band 4 - £13.57 per hour
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Support Assistant, you will:
Provide full administrative and project support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, taking notes, and maintaining planners and spreadsheets.
Maintain accurate records and support project office functions such as data collection, document control and reporting.
Support the HR equip readiness agenda by co-ordinating tasks, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring project data is high quality and up to date.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project plans.
Organise and support events such as workshops, training sessions and seminars.
Act as the first point of contact for HR readiness queries, ensuring these are acted upon promptly.
Work collaboratively with HR staff and readiness teams to ensure the successful progression of equip activities.
