Job Opportunity: Catering Manager
Location: Manor House School, Slinfold, Horsham, RH13 0QX
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum plus Welcome Bonus**
Hours: 35 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 02:00pm
Start Date: September 2025

About the Role
As part of our growth, we are offering a unique opportunity for a Catering Manager at Manor House School in Slinfold. Support the management of the school environment, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety for pupils, staff, visitors, and contractors.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage the kitchen operations
2. Prepare the dining area for service, including moving/setup furniture, and cleaning/dismantling after service
3. Prepare service areas and equipment for meal service
4. Lead in food preparation, cooking, and serving
5. Serve food according to operational style
6. Wash dishes, cutlery, and catering equipment
7. Maintain daily cleanliness of catering areas
8. Perform routine and ad hoc cleaning tasks
9. Manage cleaning materials stock and reordering, following school policies
