Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.</p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><p>To provide high-quality, customer-focused support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant HR operations.</p><h3>Your Key Responsibilities Include</h3><ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for the HR team, providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service to employees and supporting a positive employee experience.</li><li>Manage the HRUK and recruitment inboxes, responding to routine queries promptly, ensuring recruitment-related communications are actioned in a timely manner, and escalating complex or sensitive matters appropriately.</li><li>Maintain a visible HR presence on site, building strong relationships and delivering a responsive service to operational teams.</li><li>Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new employees, acting as the main contact during the onboarding period and ensuring new starters are informed, engaged, and prepared from day one.</li><li>Ensure timely coordination of onboarding documentation, systems access, and other new starter requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements at all times.</li><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes, benefits administration, and offboarding.</li><li>Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, contractual change letters, and other HR documentation accurately and in a timely manner.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><p>We are seeking a well‑organised and approachable HR professional with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
