Showroom Manager

A J Mills Master Masons Limited is a well-established, family-run business with over 30 years of experience.

We are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive/Showroom Manager to lead our showroom. This is a customer-facing role.

About the Role:

Whilst previous industry experience is not required, strong customer service and sales experience is essential. Full product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet with families to advise on suitable products and services.
* Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure final products meet specifications.
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and concerns promptly.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet performance targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

* Previous customer-facing sales experience (essential).
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent telephone and communication skills.
* Highly organised, punctual, and detail oriented.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team.
* A compassionate and professional demeanour, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
* Motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic.
