Due to an internal move, we seek an outstanding individual to lead the Estates Department while working as part of the Domus Team to create a high quality environment to study, socialise, live and work. They will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the College's built environment including major and minor capital works, regulatory compliance and the College's holistic approach to sustainability.The role will involve managing and coordinating a program of complex Capital Projects (new build, refurbishment and historic restoration and reuse) from inception to completion, considering and managing their impact on the College operation and their relationship with the ongoing maintenance.The Head of Estates will oversee the work of the Head of Facilities in the leadership of Minor Capital Works, Maintenance, Gardens.
