Key duties include: Drafting and issuing HR documents (contracts, absence letters, job changes) Supporting recruitment: posting adverts, arranging interviews, helping with selection Onboarding new starters: right to work checks, inductions, documentation Keeping employee records up to date (paper and electronic) Administering training records and e-learning Supporting employee relations: preparing paperwork for investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances, minute-taking Assisting with HR projects, audits, and regular reporting Providing payroll cover: processing starters/leavers, holidays, pay queries, and weekly payroll General admin: filing, scanning, organising meetings, and more What’s in it for you?
