Site Manager – Construction

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package

Role Overview
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee site teams and subcontractors while maintaining strong communication with the wider project team and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations across a variety of construction projects.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulations.
*
Monitor project programmes and ensure milestones are achieved.
*
Maintain high standards of quality throughout the build process.
*
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is completed to specification.
*
Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
*
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
*
Experience delivering residential and/or general building projects.
*
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
*
A strong focus on quality, safety, and efficient project delivery.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are typically expected.
