Job description
Office administrator required for a busy Golf Club office.
Responsibilities
* Provide clerical support to Manager, Officers, Conveners, and to the Committees.
* Open and distribute post.
* Responsible for daily cash sales and banking.
* Take telephone messages and handle queries via telephone, face-to-face and email.
* Maintain diary of meetings and events.
* Handle bookings coming through the club for members, visitors, societies and businesses.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* General admin experience and use of Microsoft 365 is essential.
* Knowledge of Sage Accounting and Payroll would be advantageous.
* Interest and understanding of golf preferred but not mandatory.
