Job Description
HR Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

Managing employee records and ensuring HR system accuracy.
*
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including right-to-work checks and contracts.
*
Handling day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers.
*
Assisting with payroll administration, benefits processing, and leave calculations.
*
Supporting policy reviews and compliance with employment legislation.
*
Coordinating training schedules and maintaining learning & development records.
The Successful Applicant
HR Administrator - What We're Looking For:

Previous HR administration experience or a strong understanding of HR processes.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*
Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and record-keeping.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
*
A proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
