We're looking for a high-performing, driven Mid-Market Sales Executive to help us grow our footprint across the UK market.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for a dynamic and proactive sales professional with experience in B2B software sales. You'll be responsible for generating new business, owning the full sales cycle, and hitting aggressive growth targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, prospect, and close new mid-market business opportunities through cold calling, outbound campaigns, referrals, and virtual or in-person events.
* Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up across phone, email, video, and social channels.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that align BrightOrder's solutions with customer needs.
* Manage and negotiate contract terms through to deal closure, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
* Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
* Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

* Proven track record of exceeding quotas in B2B software or SaaS sales.
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced sales environment.
* Self-starter mentality with strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
* Comfortable with outbound prospecting and managing a full sales cycle.
* Experience selling into transport, logistics, or fleet industries is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of fleet management or maintenance software solutions.
* Established network within relevant verticals (e.g., logistics, field services).
* Experience selling to operations, fleet managers, or IT decision-makers.
