Robert Half are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support a fantastic business based in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling DBS and a sound understanding of TUPE. This role is temporary and you must be available to start immediately.
1. Manage and process DBS checks in line with current regulations and company policy
2. Support the coordination and administration of TUPE transfers, including data collation, employee communications, and due diligence
3. Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS system accordingly
4. Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
5. Assist in recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and reference checks
6. Support employee lifecycle activities: starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions
7. Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
8. Respond to HR-related queries from staff and management in a timely and supportive manner
9. Ensure all HR administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely fashion
10. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
This role is initially based on site, however after your training period you will be able to work 2 days from home per week.
