What matters most is how you talk to people, how you listen, and how you guide clients towards the right outcome for them. What you’ll do Have thoughtful, respectful conversations with clients by phone and video Understand their circumstances and what matters most to them Explain probate and estate administration services in clear, simple terms Help clients decide whether our services are right for them Manage your work using modern digital systems Work towards agreed KPIs, supported by a close‑knit remote team What you’ll bring We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria.
