What you’ll do
Regional Recruiters will manage and implement recruitment plans and strategies, attracting and sourcing potential candidates continuously. You will post adverts on social media and other platforms, develop networks in the local community, and attend community events throughout the year to promote City and County Healthcare Group. You will oversee all aspects of recruitment in your region, ensuring a smooth and consistent process.

Qualifications
What you need
A good standard of education is required; formal qualifications in HR or recruitment are not necessary. You should have excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a customer-first attitude. Be organized, efficient, autonomous, and a self-starter.
Strong local knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques, including social media, is essential. Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; additional languages are advantageous. Ability to collaborate effectively and work in partnership with others. Being active on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter is important. A professional customer service orientation—polite, friendly, and commercially aware—is also necessary.
