Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee a construction project based in Southend-on-Sea. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the site, including supply chain management, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong roofing knowledge, main contractor experience, and a keen understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise all site operations, including production, assembly, and logistics.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

4. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
6. Proficient in business processes and financial management.
