About Us:

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
The Role:
As our Customer Service Manager, you will:
* Welcome customers to our showroom and provide a warm, professional first impression.
* Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
* Schedule and book home visits for customers, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
* Follow up with customers to ensure they have all the information they need and address any additional questions.
* Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a similar role within a customer-focused company, or clear transferable skills that demonstrate your ability to excel in this position.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive and customer-first mindset.
* Availability to work 2 Saturdays out of 4, with a day off during the week to compensate.
