Job details:
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Schedule: Monday – Friday
* Shifts: 12:30 to 20:30
* Pay: £13.00 per hour

Responsibilities
* Deliver daily kitchen services in line with the Statement of Works, consistently meeting required standards and supporting monitoring and auditing processes.
* Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness, setting high standards and communicating these effectively to ensure customers enjoy a professional, well-presented, and hygienic environment.
* Be fully conversant with the concept, presentation, and delivery of all menu items, demonstrating strong knowledge of cooking methods and preparation techniques.
* Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements and Sodexo regulations regarding Food Safety and Hygiene.
What You Bring
* Passion for food and a desire to develop culinary skills
* Basic kitchen or catering experience, with training and support provided
* Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices
* Positive team player with strong communication skills and a flexible approach
* Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high standards
* Minimum 1 year’s catering experience (NVQ or equivalent cooking qualification desirable)
