Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our fantastic Workplace Drug Testing (WDT) Sales team based out of our Midlands site in Tamworth. This position is a 9‑month maternity cover, with an ideal start date of 4th May to allow for a smooth handover and onboarding period. There is also the possibility for the contract to be extended, depending on business needs.
The role is hybrid, based primarily at our Tamworth office, with a requirement to work on site with customers when needed. The successful candidate will be expected to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week, unless travelling for customer visits. Remote working is available for the remaining days, in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be expected to drive new customer acquisition, be comfortable with cold calling and be comfortable to present to customers on technical topics and understand the service USPs and how these link to customer’s own business requirements. You will be accountable for achieving growth and meeting sales targets by successfully undertaking business development activities
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a minimum 2 years’ experience of sales roles in a B2B environment, along with a demonstratable track record of successful delivery of sales targets
is highly motivated, enthusiastic and possesses the competence and team spirit to support others and contribute to a positive culture. Additional Information
Due to the highly sensitive nature of the work, applicants should note that security clearance is required for this role. To gain security clearance you must have five years continuous residency in the UK. Security clearance is undertaken by a third party to police personnel vetting standards (NPPV3 and SC), as such any criminal convictions (including criminal convictions held by: you, your partner, parents, siblings, children (over the age of 10) and anyone living with you (who doesn’t fit these relationships) may prevent you from gaining security clearance.
