Youll be joining a high performing, fast paced, Domestic Fuels team based in our Harrogate office. Our customers are at the centre of our business and providing the best possible service is paramount. Youll be responsible for handling queries through to resolution in a timely manner and supporting the sales function through converting previous quotations into orders. Dealing with a high volume of customer calls over the peak period? Recording all data accurately into our systems keeping customer records up to date? What Will You Bring? Previous experience in a customer focused role - telephone based would be advantageous ? Friendly, approachable and confident telephone manner? Confident negotiation skills when working with customers to convert quotes into orders? Ability to provide unrivalled customer service at volume, circa 70 calls daily Strong interpersonal skills with the ability build relationships both with customers and other internal departments?
