Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing voids, planned maintenance, and small works projects across Cardiff. The role will have a strong focus on fire protection and compliance works, ensuring properties are brought up to standard safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for managing multiple small-value works across occupied and void properties, coordinating specialist subcontractors, and ensuring all fire safety works are completed to a high standard and within programme.
