Your new company are a leading Chartered Building Consultancy, who specialise in Construction and Project Management. Whilst working in this role, you will work as part of a large site team, across a £35M distressed project in Bristol (which my client are tasked with completing). The project consists of 152 Apartments, 3 Commercial Units, 4 Roof Terraces, and a basement Car Park of 66 spaces, with a completion date of early 2027.
