We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with proven residential expertise to lead the delivery of a high-quality housing development in Yeovil. This role requires someone who has previously run sites as the No.1 on site, taking full responsibility for programme, quality, and health & safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily site operations from start to finish.
Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety standards in line with company and legislative requirements.
Uphold exceptional quality standards, ensuring all works are completed to specification.
Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers efficiently to meet programme milestones.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates.
Requirements:
Proven track record running residential developments as the sole Site Manager.
Strong understanding of NHBC standards and building regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold) – all essential.
