The Quality Manager will lead the strategic and day-to-day activities of the Quality division, championing a quality-first mindset across the organisation. The role will focus on maintaining compliance with quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction.
As the Quality Manager, you will be getting involved in:
1. Take ownership of the companys Quality Management System, ensuring it aligns with IATF 16949 and meets all regulatory and customer expectations.
2. Lead internal audits and quality reviews to assess system effectiveness and drive compliance.
3. Manage and develop a team of quality professionals, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
4. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to support team growth and performance.
5. Analyse operational processes to identify areas for improvement, applying methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
6. Track and report on quality metrics, implementing corrective actions to address any issues.
