The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll deliver a premium customer experience synonymous with BMW. You’ll guide customers through every step of their purchase journey — from first introduction to handover — ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and service expected of a BMW retailer.
We offer true work–life balance with a 40‑hour week, five 8‑hour shifts, most Saturdays, and every Sunday off.
High performance is rewarded generously — your OTE is £45,000+ with the potential for earnings well above this through uncapped commission.
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months’ experience as an Automotive Sales Executive
* Strong communication and customer‑focused approach
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends
* Full UK driver’s licence (Manual & Automatic)
